Spuree Zoom App Guide

Use the Spuree Zoom app to connect your personal Zoom account, browse Zoom My Files, preview selected Zoom Docs files, and import selected files into Spuree Creative Engine.

Spuree only imports the files you explicitly select, and never asks for your Zoom password, OAuth tokens, or API keys. Do not include those credentials in any support request.

Before you start

Add the app

  1. Sign in to Spuree Creative Engine.
  2. Open the workspace, project, or folder where the Zoom file should be imported.
  3. Open the project or folder actions menu and choose Import from Zoom.
  4. If Zoom is not connected for your Spuree user in that workspace, select Connect Zoom account.
  5. Review the Zoom consent screen and approve the requested Zoom Docs permissions.
  6. After Zoom redirects back to Spuree, confirm that the Zoom imports page shows the connected Zoom account.

Use the app

  1. Open Import from Zoom from a Spuree project or folder.
  2. Browse Zoom My Files. Use search, file type filters, sorting, folder navigation, and Back to find the file you want.
  3. Select a Zoom Docs document or supported data table.
  4. Choose Preview selected file to inspect the selected item before importing.
  5. Choose Import as file to copy the selected Zoom file into the current Spuree project or folder.
  6. When Spuree shows Zoom file imported, open the imported file from the toast or from the project file list.

Reconnect Zoom

  1. If Spuree shows Reconnect Zoom, select Reconnect Zoom account.
  2. Approve the Zoom consent screen again.
  3. Return to Spuree and refresh My Files.
  4. If the issue continues, contact Spuree support with your Spuree account email, workspace name, and the approximate time of the failed connection.

Remove the app

  1. Open and sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. In the top-right corner, select Manage.
  3. In the left navigation, select Added Apps.
  4. Find the Spuree app in your added apps list and select Remove.
  5. Optionally choose a removal reason, then confirm Remove.
  6. Return to Spuree and refresh the Zoom imports page. If access was removed, Spuree will ask you to reconnect Zoom before importing again.
